Assistant Manager/Manager - Transaction Advisory

As a Transaction Advisory Assistant Manager/Manager at Sikich, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in financial due diligence, to play a pivotal role in managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for clients in the US market across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial due diligence for clients involved in acquiring businesses - Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic advice to both strategic and private equity buyers & sellers - Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations - Lead day-to-day operations including managing a team, drafting request lists, preparing materials for management meetings, and preparing detailed reports and presentations - Communicate with senior managers, directors, and principals regularly - Develop associates and senior associates through coaching and providing real-time feedback - Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity, prioritizing tasks effectively Qualifications Required: - CA or CPA(US) or CFA(US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance - Minimum 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit - Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP - Project management experience - Ability to analyze financial statements and deploy analytical tools to solve problems - Desire to build strong relationships and induce structure in disorderly situations About Sikich: Sikich is a global company specializing in technology-enabled professional services, delivering transformative digital strategies and ranking as one of the largest CPA firms in the United States.
