Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager Human Resources at RIMT University in Mandi Gobindgarh. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Education Sector experience is desirable.
