Assistant Manager/Manager

As an Assistant Manager / Manager for Health Insurance Operations in Pune, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Manage a team of 15-20+ associates, providing UK Insurance knowledge would be preferred - Certification / Knowledge of CII CF1 / FA1 / FA2 / FA5 and any other certification in Insurance - Manage new hires through team bonding exercises and training schedule preparation - Track attendance, maintain MIS for test scores, and ensure updated training material - Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to the team and initiate ID creation requests with the tech team - Ensure entire batch awareness of quality parameters and supervise as soon as the batch hits the floor - Identify gaps, plan training sessions for the existing team, create SOPs, conduct PKTs for teams - Conduct 1-0-1s with the team, highlight key issues to management, understand SLAs, metrics, and drive efficiencies - Analyze customer requirements, process cases accordingly, and handle written customer correspondence - Communicate effectively with customers based out of the UK, pass cases to the relevant Q, and ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles - Meet unit level targets for efficiencies, service levels, and attrition - Possess working knowledge of PCs, MS Office, good Excel skills, and excellent keyboard skills - Have a generic understanding of customer service, be flexible with shifts You should have a B.Com education qualification and be skilled in areas such as Health Insurance, Insurance Process, Insurance Claims, and have a good understanding of customer service.
