Job Description

Preparation of Maintenance Budget, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Vendors and Cost Control Measures
Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of infrastructure - HVAC, UPS, DG sets, Transformer, BMS, Fire alarm system, CCTV system, Access control, HT/LT switchgears, Transformer, STP, Plumbing system, Lifts, Fire Protection Systems
Responsible for transitioning entire building from Projects to Operations.
To define, follow and monitor SOPs for all activities
To oversee execution of long-term preventive maintenance and asset protection plans
Close monitoring of utility expenses, analyzing consumption trends & taking measures for conservation of electricity / water.
Dealing with various statutory authorities for periodic inspection of electrical & mechanical equipment
Efficient planning and execution of shutdown / commissioning / preventive & periodic maintenance.
