Job Description

Role & responsibilities Interested candidates are welcome to visit our office at Plot No. 12 A, Sector 140, Greater- Noida 201305. The nearest metro station is Sector 83 on the Aqua Line." To own the responsibility of overall smooth functioning of the KST department To prepare the action plan and organise the team members according to the expected operations volume To prepare the budget of the KST operations on quarterly/half yearly basis To prepare and implement the sanitation and hygiene guidelines To ensure proper inventory of all the KST equipment, cleaning materials etc To adhere to waste and recycle management as per the standard operating procedures To prepare the Standard Operating Processes for all the Kitchen Stewarding activities and to validate, modify the same from time to time To resolve the day to day problems of the kitchen Stewarding team by providing best in class solutions To maintain the stock of various items viz Crockery, Cutlery, Utensils, Cleaning Chemicals, Mops, Dusters etc To approve the requisitions of various KST materials and to co-ordinate with Purchase department for the same To ensure the budgetary controls by minimizing breakages and wastages To co-ordinate with F & B Production and F & B Service team for efficient operational support from time to time
