Assistant Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities

Lotherme Category Electrodes

M&R (Maintenance, Repair) segments

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Technical Support, Product Presentations, and Application Recommendations

·        Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts/MIS while coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers, Mills

Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering

3-6 years of experience

Hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, and welding processes

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills.
