Role Description:

We are hiring an

Assistant Manager (Warehouse Leasing)

for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram (Delhi-NCR).The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and finalizing warehouse leasing opportunities across Delhi-NCR and nearby regions. The role involves client interaction, landlord coordination, market research, proposal preparation, and negotiation to ensure successful lease closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suitable warehouse and industrial leasing opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients. Conduct site visits, market research, and comparative analysis. Prepare and present leasing proposals and commercial terms. Negotiate and close lease transactions in coordination with clients. Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and deal pipelines.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of warehouse and industrial real estate markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build client relationships and manage multiple transactions. Prior experience in real estate leasing (industrial/warehouse preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
