Project leader - EV New model launch vehicle quality.
Responsible for QA planning, Assurance & control activities.Hands on experience in Static, Tester, Dynamic, Shower, Homologation/Regulation, Emission test methods / Procedures for validation.Quality convergence for each milestone. Candidate must have ability make CM proposal & convergence.Keep track of all QA activities in the section and ensure that the leader knows of the blocking points. Ensure process optimization while making the Simultaneous engineering and prove it in the physical phaseFollow and achieve project guidelines/KPI and Department KPI.Follow Key Milestones and report the progress daily to superior.New Projects installation and commissioning, Prove out, Handover to production, follow up with suppliers for activity completion.Establish good communication with all Stakeholders, suppliers & customers.Keep high motivation and guide new engineers in the team. Skill up continuously.
