Qualification Bachelor s or master s in computer science, Digital Media, Information Technology or related fields AWS/Cloud platform certification is highly desirable. Python scripting or general scripting skills are a plus. Experience: Experience Preferred: 6-8 Years Key Responsibilities: Experience of planning and execution of high concurrency key marquee events i.e. Sports, Shows etc. with various stakeholders and vendors. Provide operational support during key events and actively participate in the war room and act as the operations SPOC. Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported during internal war rooms or through cross-functional collaboration with RCA closure. Development of SOPs and train the team to prevent recurring Issues. Experience in handling the team to get the assigned task done. Drive end-to-end streaming metrics, maintain video streaming KPIs across platforms, and provide operational reports to leadership. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges including issues related to transcoding, packaging, content delivery, live and on-demand workflows, content security, and monitoring. Collaborate effectively with leadership, frontend, backend, DevOps, and other teams to communicate progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvements. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential roadblocks and enhance the viewer s experience. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies. Create detailed event plans, technical documentation, and post-event reports, including performance analysis and lessons learned. Experience in handling VOD workflows that includes content acquisition, content processing and delivery. Improve the efficiency and reliability of our VOD and Live workflows through automation Work with cross functional team i.e. Vide Engg, Content, vendors etc. by quickly raising the issues and involve the respective stakeholders as per the defined process. Technical Expertise : Strong expertise in video transcoding platforms and AWS Media Services. Deep understanding of video standards (AAC, H.264, HEVC, AV1, CBR, ABR) and streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS, DASH, CMAF). Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HLS/DASH/CMAF/MSS, app player frameworks, CDN, DNS, DRM, CMS, and other related systems. Experience with OTT workflows for live and VOD, including CMS, video streaming, SSAI, DAI, CSAI, DRM, and CDN. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why join us?
