Assistant Manager- Velocity

As an Assistant Manager at NSRCEL, the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore, you will be a key player in driving the incubation programs, fostering founder communities, and ensuring startup success. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading program outreach and establishing strategic partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders. - Managing and nurturing a portfolio of startups, providing relevant interventions to help them overcome challenges. - Supporting program planning, design, and execution, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions in a timely manner. - Collaborating with the mentorship team to facilitate effective mentor-startup mapping and engagement. - Working closely with funding and corporate partners to deliver value throughout all program touchpoints. - Designing, managing, and continuously enhancing program SOPs and incubation processes. - Driving community-building initiatives to maintain founder engagement and connections. - Developing ecosystem partnerships with co-incubation centers, research bodies, and technology/policy partners. - Coordinating between internal teams to ensure seamless communication and program delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in the startup incubation or entrepreneurship ecosystem. - Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a comfort level in ambiguous situations. - Demonstrating an ownership mindset and a bias for action. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Being a team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using AI and productivity tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
