Job Description

Assistant Manager - Two Wheeler - North & East
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure healthy motivation levels among partners through continuous engagement.

Deliver business targets for Rural Product.

Improve lead quality to deliver productivity.

Design, launch, and run Reward & Recognition programs for partners.

Act as the single point of contact for partners’ queries regarding Lead and Tele-binding products.

Liaise with Product, Operations, and IT teams to ensure quick resolution of partners’ issues.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing series to educate partners.

Frequently share information with partners and provide MIS reports to the Senior Management Team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in the lending business, with 1 to 2 years in a product or sales role.

Collaborative work style with the ability to engage with peers and colleagues across functions.

Excellent communication, strong presentation, and data analytics skills. Proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter attitude.

Multi-language skills preferred.
