Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism

Experience - Min 3-5 years Required

Role Objective:-To manage FIT (Free Independent Traveler) tour operations, creating customized travel experiences as per client needs.

Key Resposibilities :-

• Handle end-to-end FIT inquiries and bookings (individual travelers, families, or small groups).
• Create personalized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport, and guides.
• Ensure seamless execution of all services booked.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage feedback
• Support the sales and business development team with creative travel solutions.

Key Requirements:-

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, pricing, and customization.
• Proficiency in itinerary building and travel CRM tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.

General Skills:-

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and ownership.
• Fluent in English and regional language(s).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
