Assistant Manager Total Rewards

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB

The Total Rewards Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Total Rewards Manager, Europe in the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs in India. This position involves analyzing data, conducting market research, and ensuring that total rewards strategies align with the company's goals and industry standards

Job Accountabilities

1. Analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.

2. Conduct benchmarking studies and participate in salary surveys to gather relevant data.

3. Assist in the development and administration of incentive programs, bonus structures, and recognition initiatives.

4. Prepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics and program effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting for total rewards programs.

6. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, HR or other analytical field with 6 years experience in compensation and benefits.

2. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

3. Practical knowledge and experience with employee benefit plan

design, practices, and strategies for health, welfare, and retirement plans.

4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to

communicate one-on-one at all levels of the organization.

6. HRIS experience a plus.
