Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support to the business through regular detailed P&L MIS and analytics. Additionally, you will work on improving the MIS generation process for maximum automation and assist in establishing a strong control environment for reporting. Your role will involve managing new projects in treasury related to finance, producing detailed desk-wise P&L reporting for Treasury & Global markets, handling customer-level profitability MIS process, driving automation of reporting, and enhancing financial & management reporting in line with business expectations. You will also assist in annual planning and strategic planning exercises, ensuring proper recognition of revenues and expenses, and have a good understanding of treasury and Global markets business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support through regular detailed P&L MIS and analytics - Improve MIS generation process for maximum automation - Assist in setting up & maintaining a strong control environment for reporting - Support adhoc reporting requests from business - Manage new projects in treasury related to finance - Produce detailed & accurate desk-wise P&L reporting for Treasury & Global markets - Handle customer level profitability MIS process, drive improvements, and manage stakeholder queries - Drive automation of reporting and enhancements in financial & management reporting - Build a robust system of controls to align financials to reporting processes - Assist in annual planning and strategic planning exercises - Ensure proper recognition of revenues and expenses - Have knowledge of IFRS and funding transfer pricing - Possess strong analytical skills, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency - Have a good understanding of all key Treasury products - Work with Bloomberg system preferred Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in MIS related activities or financial reporting Company Details: The company is a leading financial institution in MENA, with a challenger mindset despite being over half a century old.
