Job Description

As an Assistant Manager (PR) at a Public Relations agency based in Delhi, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day client operations. Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing communication plans for clients, managing relationships with the target media regularly, and supervising media interactions. You will be tasked with preparing Press Releases, authored articles, and exploring proactive media opportunities for client participation. Furthermore, you will assist the team manager in preparing the quarter plans and reviews, planning and executing all client activities in the monthly plans, and coordinating with the client on all activities. In terms of media liaison, you will ensure the effective implementation and outcome of the media plan, utilize a variety of channels (TV, press, internet, etc.) to maximize client exposure, prepare pitch notes relevant to clients, and create media briefing documents before all client-media interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping track of the media activity relevant to the client's competition/sector. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-4 years of experience in Public Relations and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
