EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES Software Development Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python Web Development Create and manage websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support customer satisfaction programs Database Development Develop and manage SQL Server databases to store and analyse customer facing data. Quality Assurance Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software solutions Collaboration Work closely with TCS teams across the AMIEO region to understand their needs and deliver appropriate software solutions Agility Able to work with the internal customer in an agile way to ensure the most efficient and appropriate solutions are reached Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of software development processes and outcomes.
