Experience : Call center Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in call Center operations Shift: Required flexibility to work in any shift working: 6 days a week (Flexible week off excluding Sat, Sun) Fluent in Tamil & Malayalam, the ability to speak in any additional language will be an added advantage Should be good in Excel and preparing a report Good knowledge of Daily workflow monitoring, planning, shrinkage & Attrition management Monitor Team and individual performance Strong in giving feedback and providing the right performance improvement support to the agents Ability to bring new innovative and process improvement suggestions
