Key Responsibilities

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for mid to senior-level positions across all departments.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including

    Naukri, LinkedIn, headhunting, references, portals, internal database

  • Conduct

    , evaluate candidates, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication at all stages.
  • Maintain a strong

    for critical and recurring roles.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand

    manpower needs

    , job requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure

    within defined TAT.
  • Track and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring status updates.
