Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site & Land Surveying:

Conduct
complete field surveys
using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
Perform
topographical, boundary, and layout surveys
for new and existing sites.
Carry out
plot demarcation, leveling, and contour mapping
as per project requirements.
Identify and mark
land boundaries, roads, and utility lines
accurately on-site.

2. Data Recording & Mapping:

Record all survey readings, coordinates, and levels with accuracy.
Prepare and update
survey maps, area calculations, and layout drawings
using AutoCAD or similar software.
Verify and cross-check land area and coordinates with
revenue records and site plans
.
Maintain and update
survey data logs, drawings, and digital files
.

3. Site Verification & Land Measurement:

Physically verify site dimensions, boundaries, and corners.
Check and confirm
alignment and levels during construction
(roads, buildings, etc.).
Conduct
as-built surveys
after work completion to verify construction accuracy.

4. Coordination & Compliance:

Coordinate with
architects, project engineers, and land/legal teams
for sharing survey data.
Support in
layout approvals, land demarcation certificates, and government verification
.
Ensure all survey work complies with
company standards, RERA, and local authority norms
.

5. Equipment & Resource Handling:

Operate and maintain
survey instruments and tools
in proper working condition.
Ensure calibration and servicing of Total Station / GPS equipment.
Manage
survey assistants / helpers
during field work.
