Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing of available & upcoming commercial spaces • Communicate & co-ordinate with landlords, investors, builders & developers • Conduct thorough market research and surveys to assess market supply and demand & maintain a centralized inventory database • Procure detailed information from landlords, investors, builders & developers regarding the availability, specifications & commercials of the project/development/land parcels • Assist the team in overall co-ordination & conducting of inspections along with potential clients
What Were Looking For:
