Job Description

Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Assist in inventory management and stock display. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation. Prepare sales reports and assist in planning promotional campaigns. Handle basic administrative tasks including attendance and shift scheduling. Ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
