Assistant Manager – Sales (Travel & Tour Company)

• Assist in designing and managing tour packages (domestic, inbound, and outbound) based on client requirements.
• Ensure proper customisation of itineraries and quotations for individual and group bookings.
• Collaborate with the reservations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing structures.
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of tour execution from booking to completion.
• Liaise with vendors, transport providers, guides, and hotels to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Monitor real-time tour operations and resolve any on-ground issues promptly.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients before and during their trips.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient handling of queries, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding tour updates, documentation, and travel guidelines.
• Stay updated on international and domestic travel regulations, visa policies, and health advisories.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international DMCs, travel agents, hotels, and activity providers.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to improve profitability and service quality.

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (mandatory).
• Postgraduate diploma or master’s degree in Tourism Management or International Business (preferred)

2. Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in handling domestic, inbound, and outbound travel operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
