Assistant Manager (Arabic Speaking Only)

• Handle Arabic-speaking clients for medical tourism, domestic, inbound, and outbound travel services.
• Design, customize, and sell travel packages tailored to the Middle East market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients in Arabic-speaking regions.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries in Arabic and English.
• Upsell packages, tours, and value-added services to increase revenue.
• Coordinate booking of flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and activities for clients.
• Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries, including last-minute adjustments or problem-solving.
• Maintain updated databases of suppliers and partners in the Middle East region.
• Monitor quality of services delivered to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Translate marketing and communication materials into Arabic as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for all Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and appropriateness in all dealings with Middle East clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in travel and tourism, with focus on Middle East market.
• Strong knowledge of domestic, inbound, and outbound travel operations.
• Medical tourism Experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
