Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is preferred). You should have 4-7 years of extensive sales experience, with a preference for experience in a distribution-driven role. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and expand multi-tiered distribution networks is a key requirement. Additionally, you should have experience in team management and leading high-stakes negotiations. This role will require you to travel extensively within assigned territories. As a part of your key responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate sales leadership, manage channel expansion, drive performance-oriented sales execution, focus on market penetration, and refine reporting and strategy. Cross-functional collaboration will also be a critical aspect of this role. The candidate should have strong skills in hardcore sales expertise, possess deep market and industry knowledge, and be adept at data-driven decision making. This is a full-time position with day shift hours, and the work location will be in person.,
