Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

You are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, build client relationships, and enhance brand presence in the film production and event industry. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and executing marketing strategies to expand the market reach. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads and securing clients for film production and event projects, developing and executing marketing campaigns (both digital & offline), building and maintaining relationships with clients, agencies, and sponsors, negotiating contracts, pricing, and partnerships, conducting market research to identify trends and business opportunities, as well as managing social media, PR, and promotional activities. The key requirements for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, experience in digital marketing, branding, and client handling, and a passion for films, media, and the entertainment industry. The job is located in Sector 43, Gurgaon, 122001, with a shift time from 10 am to 6:30 pm, working 6 days a week. The salary range is between 10k to 20k. Candidates who can join immediately and possess a personal laptop are preferred.
