Roles and Responsibilities Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Manage a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance. Conduct regular sales reviews with the team to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and process improvements. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in B2C or BPO sales environment with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals. Strong understanding of insurance products/services or financial service industry; knowledge of general insurance an added advantage. Proven expertise in floor management, revenue generation, sales planning, sales strategy development. Note: Malayalam Language Required.
