Assistant Manager - Sales and Distribution

You will be working as an Assistant Manager - Sales and Distribution in our team, where your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales and distribution strategies to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying, appointing, and managing a network of distributors to expand our market reach, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to form sales and marketing strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on developing and growing new brands. A proven track record of success in sales and distribution development, strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and have a keen ability to build and maintain relationships. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a startup or early-stage company and knowledge of the FMCG or food industry (though not necessary).
