Assistant Manager - Rubber Mixing

1. Production Planning & Execution
Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans for rubber mixing and extrusion in alignment with demand forecasts and customer schedules.Ensure adherence to NOK and FST standards for product quality and process stability.Monitor machine utilization, shift efficiency, and manpower deployment to achieve production targets.2. Process Control & OptimizationOversee the rubber compounding process including batch formulation, mixing parameters, and consistency of rubber properties.Supervise extrusion operations to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and cross-sectional tolerances of profiles.Analyze process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality.3. Quality Assurance & ComplianceCoordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure in-process and final product quality meets NOK/FST requirements (Mooney, hardness, tensile, elongation, etc.).Ensure all production activities comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific standards.Facilitate root cause analysis for internal and external quality complaints using tools like 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.Minimum experience-5 years
