**Job Description** You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while ensuring employee, guest, and owner expectations are met. As the Assistant Manager - Reservations, your primary responsibility will be to support the Revenue Manager & the Front Office Manager in managing the Reservations Department. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Hyatt's Brand Standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Support Revenue Manager & Front Office Manager in managing the Reservations Department - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control - Ensure exceptional customer service delivery in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards **Qualifications** - Ideally hold a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as a Team Leader in a larger operation - Possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills,
