As a support staff for CEP/Premier/Mortgages sales teams at HSBC, your role involves tracking portfolio, managing leads, and handling BAU activities. You will provide assistance in resolving queries and complaints by collaborating with central teams for timely resolutions. Your principal accountabilities include: - Facilitating the acquisition team to achieve targets by assisting in processing NTB accounts, Cards, PIL & HML - Managing lead assignments and closures in CRMS for CEP CSO, Mortgage DSF, and PCM - Maintaining various reports such as MI, sales reports, and recruitment tracker - Ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer relations, and compliance with audit requirements - Developing individual competence, fostering a collaborative environment within the sales team, and upholding HSBC Group Values In terms of operational effectiveness and control, you are responsible for safeguarding the bank from potential loss, monitoring best practices, and complying with AML regulations & Global Standards. You must attend all required trainings, complete assessments on time, and maintain important registers for stock & float of deliverables. As per the qualifications required, you should be a graduate with two years or less of experience.
