Job Summary:

The Executive Recruitment will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and

screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closure of positions. The role

also involves collaboration with recruitment consultants and maintaining Recruitment MIS to

provide insights that support strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking,

and employee referrals.

  • Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.

2. Coordination with Consultants

  • Liaise with recruitment consultants/agencies to communicate job requirements.
  • Coordinate between consultants and hiring managers for interview scheduling and

feedback.

  • Track consultant performance and ensure timely candidate submissions.

3. Interview & Selection Process

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Collect, compile, and share interview feedback with consultants and candidates.
  • Support the offer negotiation and onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate

experience.

4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate regular reports on hiring status, closures, and

turnaround time (TAT).

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify hiring trends, bottlenecks, and process

improvements.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards for management review.

5. Process Improvement

  • Contribute to optimizing recruitment systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and confidentiality of candidate data.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
  • Good analytical, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6–9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or

consultancy background preferred).
