Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven professional to build and scale our Quick Commerce channel for our D2C brand. This role will handle daily business operations, brand presence, assortment, promotions, and growth on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now etc.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow business on Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / BB Now)
Drive monthly GMV, revenue targets & PnL for Q-Commerce business
Handle product listing, price mapping, content upload, stock allocation & PO management
Plan marketing promotions, sampling, bundling, visibility assets for Q-Commerce platforms
Coordinate with category teams & buyer teams to negotiate margins, commissions, activations
Work closely with supply chain team for inventory planning & fill rate improvement
Analyse weekly performance, sell-through, price parity, competition benchmarking
Drive visibility banners, campaigns, influencer tie-ups focused on Q-Com conversion
Improve conversion % through offers, CTA content & fast-moving assortment strategy
Ensure all NPD (new launches) are pushed on priority on all Q-Com partners
