Assistant Manager – Quality Controller

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Controller for our shawarma production restaurant. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in food quality control and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food preparation, especially shawarma meat, vegetables, sauces, and hygiene standards
• Ensure daily quality checks for taste, texture, freshness, and consistency
• Assist in maintaining food safety procedures (FSSAI guidelines, cleanliness, temperature logs)
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain product standards
• Check inventory of raw materials and report shortages
• Support the manager with daily operations and quality audits
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience
• Basic knowledge of food safety (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced work
• Interest in food industry, especially shawarma/quick-service restaurants
