Assistant Manager Quality Control & Assurance

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLES:

• Responsible for making sure that designing, development, engineering and manufacturing

processes are performed correctly using the right tools, techniques, materials, and processes

• Contribute for effective implementation of QMS with setting best quality assurance practices

and controlling non-conformities and deviations observed during inspection process

• Ensure periodic calibration of measuring instruments

• Prepare and maintain Inspection checklists as per requirement

• Ensure 5 S maintenance in Production, Workshop and Stores area

• Track and reduce Rejection /Rework

• Maintain NC register and carry out Root Cause Analysis as and when required

• Ensure best quality of products and other deliverables

Qualification :

BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years previous experience in a similar role/industry

Skills:

• Well versed with ISO 9001:2015 standard

• Knowledge Quality norms and procedures

• Knowledge of 5S and Root Cause Analysis

• Technical Understanding of products and services

• Should be able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Office, etc.)

• Good verbal and written communication
