As a Tender and Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Preparing and reviewing all Tenders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders for various civil/MEP/interior works across multiple projects. - Creating tender scrutiny reports to facilitate the selection and prequalification of bidders. - Addressing Contract Management issues associated with ongoing projects. - Managing Claims procedures efficiently. - Reviewing contract documents and providing timely advice to Project Owners/Managers to protect our contractual interests. - Ensuring regular correspondence with project teams regarding contractual matters. - Compiling documents for project alliances. - Demonstrating knowledge of FIDIC, Indian contracting system, Indian contract act, and Indian arbitration and conciliation act. - Developing Budget estimates based on concept drawings and initial briefs. - Generating Detailed estimates during the Design Development Stage. - Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database for project cost estimation. - Conducting Rate analysis for all real estate items. - Overseeing the preparation, review, analysis, and reporting of cost data for projects. - Creating Bill of Quantities based on the final approved Drawings and Designs. - Contributing to Contracting/Procurement Strategy discussions. - Providing expert advice on contractual claims, particularly variations claims. - Certifying bills for various contractors/vendors on a monthly basis. - Creating and monitoring cash flows throughout the project lifecycle. - Compiling Job Cost Reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports. Additionally, familiarity with construction practices, budget estimation, MEP design, cost estimation, MIS reporting, and arbitration procedures will be essential for this role.
