Assistant Manager (QS and Cost Consultant) - Gurgaon

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing all Tenders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders for various civil/MEP/interior works across different projects. Additionally, you will be involved in tender scrutiny reports, contract management, claims management, contract document review, and budget estimation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review Tenders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders for civil/MEP/interior works. - Create tender scrutiny reports for bidder selection and prequalification. - Manage Contract Management issues for all projects. - Handle Claims management procedures. - Review contract documents and provide timely advice to Project Owners/Managers. - Maintain up-to-date correspondence with projects on contractual matters. - Assist in alliances documentation preparation. - Utilize knowledge of FIDIC/Indian contracting system/Indian contract act/Indian arbitration and conciliation act. - Develop Budget estimates based on concept drawings and initial brief. - Prepare Detailed estimates during the Design Development Stage. - Establish and manage a database for project cost estimation. - Conduct Rate analysis for all real estate items. - Monitor, analyze, and report cost data for projects. - Generate Bill of Quantities based on Final approved Drawings & Designs. - Support in Contracting/Procurement Strategy. - Provide advice on contractual claims, particularly on variations claims. - Certify bills of various contractors/vendors monthly. - Prepare and monitor cash flows throughout the project lifecycle. - Compile Job Cost Report and Management Information System (MIS). Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in construction, contract management, budget estimation, rate analysis, and cost estimation. - Familiarity with FIDIC, Indian contract act, Indian arbitration and conciliation act, and Indian contracting system. - Experience in preparing Tenders, Bill of Quantities, claims management, and MIS reporting. - Strong understanding of MEP design, cash flow monitoring, and project cost estimation.,
