Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Carry out Part inspection activities in powertrain Transmission.
Required Expertise skill for Part Inspection through CMM, Contour, Casting & Machining parts & Sheet metal parts
Conduct Audits at (Process &Warehouse) at Supplier end & follow up for action plan & Verification of Implemented actions.
Checking.
Maintaining defect related data for monitoring defects.
Documentation as per ISO requirements.
Adherence of Training activity
Carry out SMIR & Revalidation activity.
Accountable for assigned Suppliers quality Activities.
CARV & SERV approval activity adherence.
Must have good working knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
Good Experience in Powertrain Transmission Parts, Gears, Shafts & Casting parts.
Good knowledge in measuring instruments like i.e. CMM, Contour.
Hands on experience in supplier quality activities.
Knowledge of various powertrain related parts i.e. Gears, Shafts, Shifter tower, Actuator Assy & fasteners.

Polite & good behavior with senior & colleagues,
Ready to work in each work profile.
