Job Description

Manage QA/QC for civil works in plotted development: earthworks, external services, boundary/road works, utilities, and early structural elements. Ensure materials, testing and workmanship meet contract specs and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities (tailored to plotted development)

Oversee quality control for earthworks, subgrade, GSB, WMM, roadworks, drainage, external electrical, boundary walls, and minor structural elements etc..
Verify materials (aggregates, soils, bitumen emulsion/tackcoat, prime coat etc.)- ensure lab certificates, gradation and acceptance criteria are met.
Perform field inspections, compaction checks, plate load/CBR coordination and hold-point compliance.
Manage site QA registers, non-conformance tracking, as-built QA inputs for handover.
Coordinate with construction teams to maintain QA/QC discipline while optimizing productivity.
Mentor junior staff(s) assigned to Kharkhoda via tool box talks.

Qualifications & experience

BE/B-Tech (Civil) + 6- 8 years of experience in infrastructure / plotted development QA/QC.
Experience in roadworks, earthworks testing and external utilities is preferred.
