Assistant Manager -Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Public Relations:

Developing and implementing a strong Public Relations plan with the help of a PR Agency, Marketing team members as per business goals and objectives

Drafting and distributing the press releases and brand/product stories in the media

Measuring, reporting, and analyzing the performance of the Press Release and stories circulated in the media

Identifying and keeping track of key personnel of top media outlets including mainline news dailies, financial news outlets, education/banking magazines, regional/local newspapers, etc

Coordinating with the PR Agency and Internal/External stakeholders for organizing the bridge-building meetings, PR roundtables & events, and customer events

Working closely with the internal team in identifying the right customers for customer stories/videos. Coordinating with an internal team and agency for creating stories/videos

Corporate Communications:

Developing and implementing strong corporate, internal communication, and employee engagement plan with the help of Marketing and HR Team Members as per business goals and objectives

Coordinating with the different functions and HR Team for creating corporate campaigns, employee engagement campaigns, and events for Varthana

Drafting Corporate Comms, internal communications, and employee branding content in collaboration with the Different Functions and HR Team

Optimizing the impact page, career page, and company LinkedIn pages as per the requirements

Creating stories of the leadership team, employees, and branches/locations of Varthana

Measuring, reporting, and analyzing the performance of the campaigns, communications, and stories circulated internally and externally as per the KPIs
