Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage proposal development for various service lines, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal documents including RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure accurate representation of services.
  • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices for consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Ensure proposals meet branding, formatting, and organizational standards.
  • Track proposal progress and provide regular updates to management.
