Role & responsibilities: Participate in partnering with stakeholders and team members to produce high quality technical documentation. Review, analyze the contractual requirements (Customer specifications, local regulations, codes and standards) and prepare the requirement specification for the O&M Manual preparation. Ensures follow up and timely response on O&MM related issues and reaches agreements, internally and externally Compiling Information to produce Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals. Knowledge of how the work of the document control team integrates with other project teams and contributes to the project. Will work according the overall and project related document quality checklists, compliant to company and project quality procedures & accurate quality records. Ensures the daily documentation workflows in the project by using the dedicated Document Management System (Product Lifecycle Management, SharePoint, Documentum (DCTM), etc.) Track customer comments and answers, along with document resubmission. Prepare transmittal with defined deliverables list & submission dates Skill Set & Tools: ANSI Standards, iSpec2200, Document Controller, PLM

Job Summary The RFP Writer Specialist will be responsible for preparing, writing, and managing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, strong research capabilities, and the ability to produce high-quality, persuasive content that aligns with client requirements and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI/RFQ documents to develop compliant and compelling responses. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, legal, HR, and operations, to gather necessary information. Develop customized content and maintain a repository of pre-written proposal content for future use. Ensure that all proposals are consistent with branding, messaging, and compliance guidelines. Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy. Work closely with graphic designers/MarCom team to enhance the visual presentation of proposals. Strong understanding of workforce solutions, staffing services, and industry best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in responding to government and corporate RFPs. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the staffing industry.
