Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should be well versed with technical evaluation of sites feasible for Banking Outlet setup.
Anticipates and draft suitable and best fit layouts.
Co-ordinate collation of estimates and quotes from various TKOs and Supply Partners
Manages day to day activities of coordinating with Partners for timely completion of site
Play a significant role in project planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
Is a team player and works closely with internal departments for issuance of POs / Payments.
Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department / bank
Timely branch handover
Timely Sourcing & Conversion of properties within the budgeted rent & area
Smooth project Handover without any issues with owner and municipal agencies
Coordination with property consultants, legal advocates, owners
Coordination with internal clients
Communication and record with finance department
Coordination with internal team
