About the role:

You are Responsible for

Serve as the primary POC for API customers during the onboarding and implementation phase.
Understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
Project manage implementation timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Product, Ops) to ensure smooth deployments.
Train end-users and clients on the platform post-implementation.
Identify gaps in client understanding or system capabilities and offer viable workarounds or solutions.
Track and report on implementation milestones, risks, and blockers.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
