Assistant Manager - Project Execution

As an Assistant Manager - Project Execution at RealtyNavi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement effective sourcing strategies in coordination with the Department head. You will be tasked with identifying and establishing relationships with profitable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms with external vendors, and approving the procurement of necessary goods and services. It will be your duty to finalize purchase details, manage downstream contracts, and track key functional metrics to enhance cost-efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clarity on company specifications and expectations will be essential. You will also be required to anticipate changes in the negotiating power of suppliers and clients, analyze data to forecast potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate unfavorable events. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in risk management for supply contracts and agreements, control procurement expenses, and promote a culture of long-term cost savings. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement executive, Procurement Officer, or a member of the contracts & Procurement team. Proficiency in sourcing and procurement techniques, familiarity with MEP work contracts & Procurement, and expertise in negotiation and networking are essential. Hands-on experience with SAP and Excel, strong decision-making skills, numerical proficiency, and a background in collecting and analyzing data are highly desirable. A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering is a mandatory qualification for this position.,
