Assistant Manager - Project Execution

As an Assistant Manager - Project Execution at RELT-RealtyMumbai, your role will involve the following: Role Overview: You will be responsible for execution and finishing of projects, including carrying out Mivan Shuttering checking such as line, level & plumb, execution of water proofing, and coordinating with MEP activities. Your role will also involve billing certification for all vendors, WO Amendment, material selection, conducting meetings with all stakeholders, and managing all stakeholders with respect to the project. Additionally, you will be in charge of documents control with respect to project drawings and SOP, cross-checking & verification of estimated quantities for bills & manpower, and complete coordination with Architect & Consultant to solve technical difficulties. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out Mivan Shuttering checking such as line, level & plumb - Execute water proofing - Coordinate with MEP Activities - Certify billing for all vendors - Amend Work Orders - Conduct meetings with all stakeholders - Manage all stakeholders with respect to the project - Control documents related to project drawings and SOP - Cross-check & verify estimated quantities for bills & manpower - Coordinate with Architect & Consultant to solve technical difficulties - Involve in making sample flat & Finishing Activities of tower flats - Report daily to line manager and plan next day's activities - Ensure quality work with standard procedures - Make Documentation like DPR, WPR, Checklist, Pour card, Roster for pouring, etc. - Oversee Rcc work - Study drawings & communicate with consultant & Architect for technical issues - Estimate Bill of quantities & make bill of executed bill - Arrange resources & materials for execution - Plan day-to-day activities according to schedule Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) - Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE),
