We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager Production Control who will be responsible for overseeing and managing production schedules and inventory, with a strong focus on meeting customer delivery deadlines.
- Manage and monitor production progress in alignment with customer delivery schedules
- Oversee inventory control for both raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any scheduling issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, procurement, logistics) to maintain workflow efficiency
- Identify potential delays or risks in production and proactively take corrective measures
- Experience in customer communication and coordination
- Proficiency in Hindi (essential for dealing with North Indian clients)
- Kannada as mother tongue (for internal communication)
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, especially in Excel
