Your Tasks What You can Expect as Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive- Procurement

• SAP Expertise:

• Create and manage purchase orders in SAP.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in the system.

• Communication Skills:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.

• Raw Material and Packaging Material Procurement:

• Handle procurement of raw materials and packaging materials from both domestic and international sources.
• Ensure compliance with quality and delivery timelines.

• Import & Customs Coordination:

• Liaise with customs agents and forwarders for clearance of imported goods.
• Ensure adherence to import regulations and documentation requirements.

• Logistics & Transportation:

• Coordinate with transporters for timely movement of goods.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve transit issues promptly.

• Supplier Management:

• Follow up with suppliers for timely dispatch of materials.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability.

• Finance Coordination:

• Ensure timely submission of bills to the finance department.
• Facilitate prompt payment to suppliers and service providers.

Your Profile What do You bring as Assistant Manager- Procurement:

• Any graduate
• Min. 4-8 years of procurement experience
• Excellent knowledge of Customs, packaging material and direct material.
