As an Assistant Manager Pricing and Product Management at Knauf India, you will play a crucial role in securing specifications and contracts for Knauf products within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and contacting potential customers engaged in target construction projects to secure specifications and contracts. - Collaborating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for in-demand services and products. - Providing solutions to design and feasibility challenges that comply with accepted standards in the domestic market. - Representing and advising professional bodies to enhance Knauf's profile and influence industry issues. - Developing designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure Knauf gypsum fibre products are specified. - Monitoring on-site construction in collaboration with contractors to provide advice and solutions. - Offering technical assistance and training to the local sales team, architects, and decision-makers. - Maintaining a strong project pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. - Ensuring a strong brand presence within the target market by closely collaborating with the marketing department. - Utilizing systems like Salesforce to build account plans for focus customers and handle pricing activities effectively. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include: - A Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential. - Experience in a process-driven, premium Building Materials organization, preferably an MNC, with strong analytical and presentation skills. - Proactive, confident, and engaging personality with a hands-on approach and practical field experience. - A commercial mindset with a strong customer focus, open-mindedness, team spirit, and excellent analytical skills.
