Your responsibilities will include overseeing Capex Investments, plant controlling, financial management, and financial planning for manufacturing footprint expansion. You will be involved in Fixed assets Management Accounting, review and verification of capex, tracking budget vs. actuals, maintaining fixed assets register, and preparation of reports and schedules for audits. Additionally, you will drive process efficiency, collaborate with plant teams on productivity measures, and utilize financial modeling for management reporting, profitability, and ROI analysis. Automation initiatives, such as leveraging SAP, automatic Dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, will also be a part of your role. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Experience working with global teams, proficiency in SAP operations, and a background in FP&A or plant controllership roles would be advantageous. A Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years plus of experience in manufacturing or MNC background is preferred.
