Role & responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and implement a Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. Monitor production progress , identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery. Optimize machine utilization and workforce allocation to maximize efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow. Preferred candidate profile Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization Analyze plant capacity and identify bottlenecks or underutilized resources . Suggest and implement strategies for capacity enhancement and process improvements . Work with production teams to ensure optimal shift planning and workforce allocation .
